Still waiting for the correct wheels on my new Denali.

Will Maximuk said thatb he would "try" to have the wheels changed on my new Denali. I also have features missing, a poor shifting transmission, a radio that changes channels by itself and other items. Not happy. I have not been contacted yet. Why does it take so long?

I feel that I am just another sale. There has been no follow up. I keep getting emails about better deals. since the deal. Barry Cullen has you beat on follow up for sure. they made me feel like a king after I bought from them but I thought I would buy local. Tom Cowen recommended your dealership. I am not disappointed I am just not that impressed.

Staff were excellent! Great customer service . Explained On Star ,remote starter, Satellite radio, and how to use mobile phone to technically changed customer. Staff were focused on what I wanted in a car. Great team work!
