Had a half decent experience with this dealership. Was much better than many of the others I visited. Walked in inquiring about a vehicle on the lot (wanderd around for a bit inside the small showroom until someone finally asked if they could help me) and was introduced to a sales guy who knew nothing about the vehicle but "could get me the keys" for a test drive. for a bit of a drive. Once I got back, sales staff put a bit of pressure on me to try and make up my mind before I left at the end of the night to buy it or not and I fell into it and signed before I left. Took them a bit of time to get the vehicle ready to go, but the after sales service was pretty good. I felt like they definitely didn't want me leaving unhappy. Not a perfect experience but pretty good either way. The sales manager was by far the most helpful there out of all the staff. The sales guy I dealt with didn't know a thing about the vehicle I was looking at so I felt like I sold it to myself, and the sales manager seemed like he had no time for me.. there was several times he told me who I needed to talk to and where I should be able to find them but didn't bring me to them. The experience hasn't pushed me away from buying from them again, and I definitely recommend anyone who's looking at getting a used vehicle to check these guys out.

Bought my car here back in December and was so happy with the service I received. Ever since then I’ve come back to their service department for tire changes, oil changes and will definitely come back when it’s time for an upgrade !

Changing my reading from a 5 star to a 1 star rating. I have bought 3 different cars from Race Auto. On my most recent purchase I traded in, I had brand new $700 winter tires on the car I traded in. I had made it clear that I wanted to switch my tires to all season before trading. The employee who was helping me told me that the car I was purchasing came with new all season tires on it and that I would get a $500 credit for new winter tires. The all seasons that came with my kia rio were not brand new and are only 2 points above not being able to pass an mvi. The employee that had helped me no longer works there, and my file was improperly noted. If I could give 0 stars at this point I would. Definately won't buy another car here... I feel swindled. P.S. If you haven't bought a car here and see all the 5 star reviews its because they offer you money towards the service centre for leaving a good review.
