Did my servicing for my car, Changed my transmission oil and they said the cap is missing. I went to 3different places to get a new cap only to find out, the cap was there the whole time, right by where they fill up the oil! I guess checking thoroughly should also be considered a part of the service. I got my engine oil changed at the same time, probably the last time here. Coolant level was as low as it can be and they didn't even care to notify me let alone filing it up. Should I have expected superlube to be better than honda for servicing my honda car? If that's the expectation, my bad. Wasted my money and time if I were to compare the service to other places. As unfortunate as it is.
