Mon conjoint et moi avions pris rendez vous et ils ont était très insistant pour donner un dépôt de 300$ pour aller voir une mustang qui devait déplacer de l'entrepôt au concessionnaire pour notre visite. Rendu à la journée du rendez vous, de 1 le vendeur n'était même pas présent. Nous avons entendu plus de 30 minutes pour qu'une autre personne s'occupe de nous. Nous discutons et le vendeur constacte que le véhicule n'est pas présent malgré le dépôt pour garantir le véhicule présent. Il nous propose avec gentillesse de ce déplacer à l'entrepôt pour aller le chercher, ce qui est supposer prendre que 10 minutes. Après 45 minutes d'attente il revient pour nous dire que l'auto qui est supposer être dans un entrepôt est pris dans la glace. Depuis maintenant 8 jours nous attendons le remboursement du dépôt et nous avons aucun retour d'appel. J'ai achetée plusieurs véhicule chez Ford, hyundai, hgregoire et sérieusement j'ai toujours eu un service impeccable. Automobile en direct à été la pire expérience!! Je ne le recommande aucunement cette place.
