It is usually a stressful situation when your spending that amount of money. Trying to get the most for your money can sometimes be trying. The salesman was easy to get along with and actually made the experience fun.

Recall work and oil change

After a lot of back and forth trying to find a time that was open that worked for me I booked my appointment I was told it would be a 45min job, myself and my 15minth old son got there at 11:25 for our appointment at which time I apologized for being 10mins late..by 1:00 I went and asked about my vehicle and was told that it was still up in the air and that everyone was gone for lunch...my 45min appointment to 2hours and 15mins by the time we left there my son had now missed not only lunch but his nap. It was then that I remembered why we stopped bringing our last vehicle there for oil changes. We will do our own again from now on...
