If you're looking for a shop to fix and or diagnose your GM vehicle this place isn't it! If you're looking to buy a GM vehicle this is also not the place! On one occasion the current service manager looked me in the eyes and said well you didn't buy that truck here(when looking for warranty). The next was you wouldn't have even known there was an issue if someone didn't point it out to you. The most recent issue was a bad speaker (which this dealership doesn't diagnose or repair they call York electronics) they also didn't even fix the problem. When buying a brand new vehicle from here Jim Reid he barely communicated any new information as to when we may see the truck. Took 8 months to receive the new truck. Was told 3 months at the most. When going to pick the truck up we were never told that any of the features would be missing let alone the interior being covered in dirt. The gas tank having barely a 1/4 tank apparently is what all dealers do. Except when I got my 2022 Sierra from Mills the tank was full, truck was clean as it should be and the salesman informed me about the missing features that will be installed at a later date. The only good thing about Roy Nichols is Bob and his parts staff. They treat you like you should be treated. Thank you Bob and your crew for the continued help. I wish the rest of the dealership would take notes!

First service visit to RN having had the oil change warning notification advising me to book in. Booked online. The booking arrangements were simple and reminders were helpful except the "invite" sent by text didn't integrate into office365. I popped in for an oil service and 20 point check. It was not clear what had been checked outside of the sheet attached to the invoice. Lounge area was great and allowed for social distancing. Customer service on the day was very good. Why 4 and not 5...if the text "invite" is not going to be resolved, then prefer email and the "20 point service" needs more clarity for me. Overall love the atmosphere at RH, great customer service without the rhetorical soundbite "whatever it takes".
