Although I was only in for an oil change, I was very impressed with everything. Staff is very friendly, the waiting room is comfortable, and my car even got a free wash. Customer service is excellent here. I'll definitely be back.

Maintenance, grease and oil, squeaking doors - the service was fine and the doors were fine but have started squeaking again when fully extended (I am handicapped and need to fully extend the doors when entering or exiting the car) - it seems like this is going to be an ongoing problem.

Although I have recently moved, I continue to bring my Cruze in for service because of the trust I have built with the service department. I especially enjoy dealing with Luke because he has demonstrated a genuine concern for my car and any concerns I may have. Very helpful, pleasant and thoughtful. Much appreciated. :-) great job

You said we need a cabin air filter you replace WE asked to see the old one. It mysteriously got soaking wet. Your car wash is a disgrace even if it is free. WE addressed this issue before and heard nothing.
