It was great that I could have my car serviced without having to even go into the service department they even had pens and hand sanitizer outside of the service depot. I really appreciated that. I appreciated that all correspondence was done by text messages.

The follow up to have the wires removed in the trunk from the previous stereo system was done professionally. Mat Battistoni and Dan Strong both reviewed my two concerns with a couple of marks on the car not noticed prior to leaving the lot on June 2nd. They were both professional and understanding with the situations being rectified to the best situation possible. The purchased of my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe was a done professionally by all parties. I was very nervous about making the decision knowing it had to be made.

I've been to numerous Honda dealers over the years due to work/job locations and the other locations don't even come close to providing the same level of service and quality that Palladino offers. Prime example: I was working in the Sault and had some issues with my steering (under warranty I may add). I went to the local dealer and they assessed it as issues with my suspension and wanted to start throwing parts at it (has the HFP package therefore not standard components). Refused to let them do the work and drove back to Sudbury with compromised steering. Turns out my steering rack needed to be replaced!

When I brought my car in, it was not serviced by the time it was supposed to be finished, and it was not the first time I have had similar issues. Tamara made sure that I was given excellent service and provided part of my service for free, as an incentive to return for the services I was expecting at my previous appointment. I feel that this was an appropriate response that made me feel valued as a customer, rather than dismissed, and it made me feel like I could return as a customer without feeling like I was sacrificing self-respect. I really appreciated her commitment to making it up to me.

The oil change was ok. The repairs to my FOB did not happen. I had trouble with No.1 FOB the same day. No 2 works fine. No 1 acted up three more times since.
