Gregg sold me a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Looked fine. Until I drove it home and found that the clip that holds the corner of the bumper on was broken and there was nail polish in the center console storage area. Would have been nice if they were transparent about everything. A painted bumper alone is easily around $1000 to fix the issue

Its just an incredibly poor quality of service in general. The cars are never washed very well, the problems often persist after the service has been done. They assume to know the problem over the phone instead of actually looking at the car. Hell, I've taken our Kia in to get the same problem fixed 5 times, and its still not working. If you can, avoid taking your car to kia. Take it to another certified dealership that can do your warranty work.

Have mostly dealt with service & parts department. They're super nice, really helpful and informative. Every staff member made a great effort to make my experience a good one.
