Sent a survey already....not sure why I am getting this when I have already explained how sales people booted me of my detail appointment for their new vehicle sales. My day went on and on with your company when it should have been cleared by at least noon. Do not do this again. Not the fault of service department....they are great....Laurie and Lynn are fantastic service providers and deserve to be employees of the month for all that they have done to be the face of your company and provide a wonderful customer service experience for me for the past 4 years. This is not a staff issue, this is a sales person issue and I am just as important as a new car purchase or showing. I have thanked the staff who tried everything they can to ensure my car was detailed so that I can move on to my next appment of the day. I stress again, it has nothing to do with your service department. Everyone is the salt of the earth and will always make you feel special, valued and seen. The management side and now my sales experience side should be more accountable to existing customers. Booked my appointment and the car was taken right in . Had a nice breakfast and read the papers. Before I knew it they were finished. I had a nice chat with my leasing lady Cathy Taylor when notified my car was ready.

My rep is always pleasant and respectful of me and my time. He makes sure i am satisfied with the work done by the mechanic. His manners show and is always happy and ready to discuss any concerns i have.

the service rep Crawford is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service manager Marc is also a great help at explaining what is being done and why. I am very happy with the work that has been done for me over the years at the dealership.
