If I could give minus stars, I would I brought my truck truck for a chug, and they did a bunch of stuff got it back and no change brought it back they took it in did some more work get it back and no change not happy that mean all the things they did cost me $2000 and for what I feel I've been ripped off. Take your vehicle somewhere else

The team at DILAWRI Jeep were phenomenal to work with! My wife and I were in the market for a new family SUV; and, after exploring other brands, we last minute dropped into Dilawri Jeep and immediately loved one of their on the lot vehicles. After meeting with George, he walked us through many options, gave us a great trade-in price, and worked with us to make a great deal. I’d highly recommend them and look forward to coming back! **Terrible Experience at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram** I recently had a very disappointing experience at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram while trying to purchase a car. From the start, the sales team, particularly the sales manager Dante and lead sales manager George, misled me throughout the entire process. Promises were made but never kept, and I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. After not reaching a deal, I sent a message via email to express my concerns and, incredibly, I received no response. It’s clear that customer service and basic courtesy are not part of their business model. This dealership lacks ethics and any sense of professionalism, and I absolutely cannot recommend any of the Dilawri dealerships based on my experience. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for your car needs!
