Sales person Derek was great dealing with but the financial person inside was very rude. And forcing to get the car what he wants. The way he was talking was really very bad . This was the worst experience we ever had in customer service.

Sorry you feel you had a bad experience, I actually over heard most of the conversation. He may have been brutally honest however not rude, he gave you the facts, no drivers license, no full time job, new to the Canada and limited credit, no permanent residency. He advised that with all these factors he had 1 approval and no other options given, no drivers licence. Given these circumstances it really makes it difficult to purchase exactly what you want and the finance tried to explain this, I don't believe he was rude just to the point and direct.
