We live 1.5 hours away and whenever our GM cars require service we always call LH and ask for Justin as our experience with him is always top shelf. Friendly, courteous and never afraid to tell us like it is, Justin gives LH GM a refreshing and positive experience.

What an impressive Service Department. Always willing to go the extra mile. Justin, always greets me with a smile and ensures he takes the time to explain to me exactly what the tech's will be doing to my vehicle, as well as answer any questions I may have. After purchasing a vehicle that didn't have the radio I was told it had the salesperson said that it just needed a software update that couldn't be installed that day. When I brought it back the software update didn't work, the radio could not be replaced and the best they could do was offer me an updated radio that wasn't as good as the factory one at the factory price. Great selection. Don't buy from Jeff!
