What an amazing service team. Always willing to go the extra mile to work around our busy lives to fit in out service needs. We deal with Justin Loube is a great advisor! We recently bought a new vehicle with Jeff Sage and he was great! Found us exactly what we wanted. The whole experience was amazing and would recommend your dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

The brand new 2016 Chevy Trax front dash screen purchased a month previous was not functioning. It was replaced rather than be fixed. I was provided with a gas card after complaining. There was time involved in the drive from Kitchener to Listowel to bring the new car in for repair so soon after its purchase.

I recently bought a new car from Jeff Sage who was very friendly, patient, and accommodating to help meet our needs. When having our vehicle serviced we always deal with Justin Loube. He always provides excellent customer service in a friendly and caring manner. Anything we are concerned about he always does a great job of making sure everything has been completed as we ask. We have had an excellent experience with all of the vehicles we have bought and devices here.

We live 1.5 hours away and whenever our GM cars require service we always call LH and ask for Justin as our experience with him is always top shelf. Friendly, courteous and never afraid to tell us like it is, Justin gives LH GM a refreshing and positive experience.

What an impressive Service Department. Always willing to go the extra mile.
