I have been with Palladino Honda for 8 years now and have always been pleased with the service. They remind you when your car is due for its regular maintenance and give you an appointment at your earliest convenience. They give shuttle service and are mindful if you must wait for your vehicle. I simply have only good things to say about Palladino Honda ?

service advisor was informative when she explained the extra repairs I needed and she was friendly to boot which always helps when you are informed you have extra costs :)

The purchase of my 2016 Honda Civic was very enjoyable. Matt Battistoni was very patient and kind. I did bring to Matt's attention today June 3rd a situation which he has responded to by email. I do need to attend on Tuesday the 9th for the removal of "wires" and Matt will address an issue not noticed prior to leaving with the car.
