Lexus Purchase

As a Realtor, I have to make sure I am driving a very reliable vehicle. That is why I decided to buy a Lexus. Yan as very patient with me. We test drove several models, and Yan was always very good at answering my questions and returning my calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Yan Ma.

I found my experience with TGLT and predominantly Yan Ma to be the model of customer service. Not only was Mrs Ma very professional and knowledgeable but when I left my bank card at the dealership further to purchase of Lexus accessories at the parts counter, Mrs Ma contacted me and offered to drop my bank card at our residence on her way home that day, which she did. It is this sort of customer service that sets true client service apart from the norm.

The dealership is tastefully laid out with showroom and comfortable seating area. We really enjoyed working with our sales rep Yan Ma. She was quick to answer all my questions (both in person and by email), did not pressure me at all, and was very patient with me while I test drove and examined all the great vehicles and my options. I would not hesitate to call Yan in 4 years time for my next Lexus purchase.

Yan is a great sales rep who pays special attention to the small things that make all the difference. We purchased two brand new vehicles within 30 days and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Yan and the rest of the Tony Graham team treated us like family. From the moment you walk in the door, the team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued and this feeling doesn't end after your purchase. The service department team is excellent as well. I highly recommend Tony Graham Lexus and Yan Ma in particular.
