I just bought a car from Georgian Chevrolet and up until this point I had nothing but problems at other dealerships. Pushy sales people, unhelpful/rude staff, and overall just a daunting experience that ultimately took away the fun of getting a new car. In fact, I didn't want to keep trying because I found it just discouraged me as I was getting nowhere. Then I stepped into Georgian Chevrolet and was greeted warmly by Jim Nobbin. What ensued from there was a seamless, smooth, quick and pleasant process. No unappealing sales tactics used on me. No pushiness. He was very knowledgable and appreciative of the fact that buying a car is an important process that the buyer should enjoy. Another thing I enjoyed was that he never insisted on coming along for the test drive. He gave us the time and space to form our own opinion of the car, and never coerced me into a decision. Within days, I had my car! He was even able accommodate my wishes and bump things up by a day so that I could enjoy my new vehicle on my day off, before the weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to avoid typical cringey salesman behaviour! Honest and genuine service all around. Thanks Jim!!

I was pleased with my service, though a nail in the front passenger tire makes me question the quality of the inspection my truck received.

I'd like to think we would have caught that on our Pre-Owned Certified inspection, but we'll never know for sure. What makes this a much better situation for you, is the fact that your Pre-Owned vehicle comes with Georgians exclusive G-Tire coverage, which looks after any unexpected tire road hazard situations you might encounter for 2 years or 40,000km from date of purchase. In your case we would have looked after it either way given how recently you bought the car, but hopefully this gives you some peace-of-mind going forward. Hopefully, we've looked after this in a way that makes you feel better about your purchase and our commitment to you.
