My boyfriend bought his vehicle there a few months ago .... upon pick up the air conditioning was broken and something rattling in front end. We finally were able to organize a time where he wouldn't need his vehicle ., it's now been there a WEEK and they are still not done looking at it. When it was broken from the start as in their fault!!! Not good customer service at all . Not impressed at all

Kimberly, at the time your boyfriend purchased the vehicle - our team discussed that his air conditioning needed repair however your boyfriend needed the vehicle asap and chose to bring it back at a later date when he had more time to leave the vehicle for servicing for a couple of days. When he did bring in the vehicle, our service team DID HAVE the vehicle READY on time as promised, however, when our service team called him to pick up the vehicle, your boyfriend asked them to look at the shocks - when our team found the problem, we immediately ordered the parts and made the necessary repairs - which meant the vehicle stayed in the shop for an additional day only. Our service team appreciates how important it is for your boyfriend to have his vehicle and we worked quickly to repair the vehicle with a very quick turn-around time. Unfortunately, we can't keep every vehicle part in stock. We must order parts from 3rd party suppliers - that do take time to come in. Once the part is in, our service team repair our customer vehicles very quickly - that's our top priority.
