I brought in my 2017 Civic for its first service. Elaine was very prompt and helpful ensuring my service was completed in a timely fashion. Great experience! Just picked up my 2018 Civic Touring from Brian at Henley Honda and had the best experience ever. If you are thinking of getting a Honda you must go see Brian and Sandra in finance. 10/10 the entire process. Thank you Brian, Sandra,and Henley Honda!

Very disappointing. From the beginning, the sales person engaged in this particular transaction was overly aggressive and used tactics that easily amounted to duress. At the signing stage, the representative who was reading over the contract had no legal education whatsoever and did not know the meaning of the clauses, thankfully I had relevant education and could explain this to my parent and to the representative as well. Another representative also engaged in this transaction was condescending, although he lacked the expertise and necessary education. He made mistakes throughout and failed to remain accountable until we had to present proof of his behaviour, which gave him no other recourse than to admit his negligence and unprofessionalism. The bill of sale was poorly written and inconsistencies noted, inaccuracies were made so that the purchase would be made. Really sad, if they were honest from the beginning and throughout, these sorts of shortcomings should not have transpired. Very unprofessional, poorly educated, and condescending personnel. On that note, the service team is super nice and the front desk reception was awesome, can't say the same for the sales staff that I encountered when purchasing the vehicle though.
