Went in for an oil change (non GM car) and it was very quick and professional. I appreciated that I wasn't being upsold and I paid for exactly what I requested with no nonsense. I went during my work day and was able to set up with my laptop in their waiting area. They have a good set up for the current COVID situation and I felt that they did well following proper social distancing and cleanliness measures.

Took my truck in to get a tire plug,the hole was clearly 2 treads in and they wanted me to buy a new tire I said no thanks put the tire back on please I’ll be on my way. Come home to a cut wiring harness for my windshield washer fluid pump!

Brought my car in because of a recall. Was told they'd need to run diagnostics on it to prove it had the recall issue, and if it didn't I'd have to pay full price, fair enough. But then they wanted to do an oil change to also prove the issue was part of the recall, which I would have to pay for. I understand needing to do 1 of the 2, but not both. There was no mention of this when making the appointment, when I brought this up they said "the schedulers don't know." If the schedulers don't know why are they scheduling these appointments!? Overall it seems this place cares more about squeezing money out of their customers than their safety. Service your vehicle elsewhere if you can.
