They lied and things that should've been covered under warranty weren't. We paid a huge amount for a vehicle & they have sold us a lemon plus roadside service charged us for the tow. DO NOT buy any vehicle here!! They are about themselves not the customer!!!!

I was processed for my appointment quickly and provided a shuttle service not only to my home in order to pick up a second set of keys for the car but also to my workplace.

THE PROBLEM? YOU SAID TO ME MY ONSTAR IS FREE UNTIL 5 YEARS BUT MY ONSTAR I CALLED TO THEM LAST APRIL MY ONSTAR IS ONLY 6 MONTHS FREE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 20 2017 EXPIRATION DATE THEN I RECEIVED EMAIL AGAIN FROM ONSTAR MY EXPIRATION DATE IS UNTIL 3 MONTHS. HOWCOME IF MY WI-FI OR ONSTAR IF THAT EXPIRED ALREADY THE NAVIGATION IS NOT WORKING MY NAVIGATION IS A USELESS IT SEEMS YOU BOUGHT LIKE BASIC CAR THE EQUINOX 2017 VERY EXPENSIVE COMPARE HONDA CRV TOP OF THE LINE SAME EXPECT TO EQUINOX IS THE SAME PRICE AND YOU NOT FULFILLED YOUR PROMISED FOR FREE FILL GASOLINE AND $500 DISCOUNT FOR FIRST BUYER FOR NEW IMMIGRANT THAT IS FROM YOU SAID WHEN WE WAS BUYING CAR IS THAT POSSIBLE I RETURN MY CHEVEROLET EQUINOX TO CHANGE BASIC CAR ONLY OR I RETURN MY EQUINOX my big question: why they charged me for delivery charged but the unit is already here in winnipeg

I did a lot of shopping around at other dealers and was attacked by sales hungry vultures. They didn't shut-up, they didn't qualify me, and most of all they did not pay attention to my needs and budget. I have dealt with Ray in the past, (we had a bit if a following out over the price of a used Canyon - so I switched to Ford). My contact at Ford retired so I decided to see what Ray had to offer. I was pleased to have made that decision. The car is great, and I am sure the renewed relationship with Ray and Murray is better.

It was a recall...dealt with Rennie, who is so very efficient, knowledgeable kind and friendly...couldn't ask for any better service! Unfortunately, the wait for my car to be brought out to me was about 25 minutes as they were short staffed of car jockeys...as there was several of us waiting...it was lunch hour and I guess they didn't plan for so mny cars to be ready at the same time!

Have been a customer for 20+ years, totally satisfied with servicing. However, next purchase will be SUV BUT will "NOT" buy 4 cylinder, options are limited.
