All staff work together to service my car and answer any questions. The team work fast and efficient together. I have and will continue to have my car serviced by the Charlottetown dealership.

Buying my first new car on my own I was feeling a little apprehensive. Once meeting Chris the sales representative I quickly felt at ease with his friendly personality. He took the time to explain every detail to my satisfaction. I left there feeling that I was not only looked after at the time of sales but for the life of the vehicle.

Sadly it is the same owner for both the Kia and Hyundai dealerships, (Subaru), both here in Ch'town and Summerside. I was looking to trade my 2010 Kia Soul in on a 2016 Elantra, you know the ones advertised for $89 bi-weekly on the radio. Turns out the vehicle I paid $14000 for a year ago is now worth $3K??!! One reason given is the mileage is now 127K, but it was 109K when I bought it. If you look around the lot, there are at least a dozen cars with over 100K kilometres. Too bad, my 2003 Santa Fe treated me great, still see it driving around problem free. Toyota here I come....

There car falls apart not even a year old sound guards under the car fall off. They won't fix them then hit a bump on the road and then the front bumper is coming off wouldn't fix that either. Not happy talked to other dealerships and if i would have bought it there they would have fixed it at no cost to keep my business. Now if I need something done to my car I'll take it to Summerside Hyundai. And I wrote a letter to market place cbc for an investigation.
