The staff at Lindsay Buick are amazing. We went in to trade in our 09 and left with a 14 acadia. They even moved our brake controller from our old SUV to the new one.

-Service was more concerned about cleaning the denali than mechanics. -Vehicle was damaged during initial service (Roof was scrapped & rippled) -from time of purchase to time available for pick up was over 2 weeks. -vehicle had to go back in 2 weeks after purchase for tire balancing -rear seats work intermittently (and there is no manual way to release once they ate having a problem) -fluids were not changed during pre-purchase "maintenance". -Lori in sales was wonderful to deal with. -Everything seems to be done as cheap as possible, which really shows in lack of integrity by the dealership. I try to buy local when possible, but I'm really disappointed by this overall experience.

Excellent dealership. Everyone I encountered at Lindsay Buick was pleasant, kind, and helpful. They bent over backwards to assist me, and then when we actually made a purchase and everything was completed, they still went way beyond any dealership I have ever encountered before. They weren't in a hurry to get rid of me & my family. I want to especially thank Dan, who went over every piece of paperwork with me, went over every detail of my new SUV with me.....absolutely made sure that I was confident that I had made the right choice & was confident about the vehicle! The sales staff here weren't pushy or arrogant.....they were there to assist you. And they did exactly that. If I ever need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be giving Dan a call at Lindsay Buick.....and we live about 3 hours away! Customer service & satisfaction is definitely at the top of their list! Thanks gentlemen & ladies at Lindsay Buick!
