Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was the first time I had purchased a used car and after working with Cathy J at Race, it won't be my last either! From start to finish the Race Auto Experience was stress free. I highly recommend to anyone!

Becoming too Big for Thier "Britches"

In the past 8 working days, numerous staff and I, have responded to your concerns almost immediately. We have replaced 2 headlights at no charge; did a full buff of your vehicle at no charge worth $300; included a $100 gift card to our service department. We are sorry that you clearly remain unsatisfied; after much time and effort was made to rectify your dissatisfaction.

Buying a new vehicle can be nerve racking and down right scarey as it is alot of money being spent but the race auto group in Dartmouth took all that away with their great customer service They are knowledgeable and professional I would recommend them to anyone
