I came to Wheaton Kia to get a service one done and ended up with more than I deserved. They, the service technicians, completed the serivce and more. They removed the screw from my tire and filled the hole, washed my vechile too and did a complimentary alignment that led to a discovery which they fixed as well. I was also informed about my headlight and rear light that were out but because it's simple enough for me to fix they allowed me to replace them to help reduce my cost. As well, the knock sensor was installed on warranty. To top it off I received a car wash. Awesome experience, I walked out of there feeling like a champion. I only dealt with Jackie(sp?) at the service counter but I would love to extend my thanks to the service technicians as well as her. Thanks to everyone who helped service my Kia Sorento.

I need to share about my awesome experience at Wheaton Kia with Nito, as well as the financial services manager, Susan! Both these employees were nothing but friendly and caring towards myself as a first-time car buyer. There was no point during my experience with Nito and Susan where I felt as though I was being pushed towards buying a vehicle, as well I never felt pushed towards adding onto my purchase. I am so glad to have been able to buy my first car with Wheaton Kia, especially with the wonderful service from Nito and Susan. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to come to Wheaton Kia to visit with Nito and Susan!
