Every time I've brought my car here I've felt that the service advisor could be more friendly. Also, when I got home I noticed on my invoice that I should have received a free car wash, but I did not get that. I leave there feeling like customer service is lacking on the Service Centre side of the business.

Car shopping isn't always the most fun experience, but this time I can honestly say that it was! Nothing but great things to say about the amazingly awesome staff at Henley Honda. I was more than impressed with the customer service I receieved from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my brand new Honda Civic! Dan C and Brandon were very knowledgable and helpful! They took the time to show me all of the exciting features my new car has to offer and answered all of the questions that I had about them. Mike and Tom were both awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for honest genuine car salesmen, look no further - they are all at Henley Honda! The whole experience was one that I definitely won't be forgetting anytime soon...will be back in the future! Thank you again to the staff at Henley Honda!!
