Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism!! Their finance department promised me a certain rate untill everything was all said and done and then they tried to change it because they neglected to read the fine print from the lender about 4000$ cash down!! I have always been a loyal general motors customer but never attempting a purchase from them again!

I have purchased vehicles from Jeff Newman and always dealt with Roger Thackery in service and every time there are any questions or just a regular service everything is excellent!

The overall experience was quite acceptable.

I bought a used 2014 Ford Lariat truck. Initial meeting with sales rep was not favourable. Sales manager, coupled with others stepped up and took care of me several weeks later. Overall I was dealt with reasonably, and note that I also dealt with them fairly and lived up to my obligations. Also was pleasant dealing with finance department individual.

Every time I visit the service department, someone is always prompt to help me out. Being able to drop off my vehicle, have them drop me off at work and then deliver it back to me is a great service. Keep up the great job!

just loved the truck it works great had a nice trip down east it pull the rv with no trouble there was a lot of hills and bends and wind no problem it made the trip a wonderful trip , the truck work s great just love it , ANDREW is a wonderful sales man he makes you feel like family never have a problem with everyone that works there . ALLAN AND MILDRED JOHNSON WILL BE THERE ON ARE NEXT OIL CHANGE THANKS SO MUCH
