Horrible service workers service department are not friendly and all kind of service are not done properly didn’t check everything ,they said but didn’t provide shuttle they are careless and no car wash $ 1000 spending service no approach I’m so upset don’t want go back there anymore .

I purchased a 2014 Golf wagon. My experience with Alex was very good. He explained all the details I wanted to know & there was no pressure to buy the car. I had found a issue with the car a few days after delivery & Andrew rectified it without any dispute or cost to me. I would recommend dealing with Bytek for your next vehicle purchase.

I've been taking both my cars there for the past few years and never regretted it. They guys and gals there are very helpful and try their best always to make their customers very happy. The guys at the bodyshop were super helpful in fixing the rust in my 2009 which was still under warranty. From contacting vw to verify the rust to fixing it in less than a week, they were awesome, courteous and very fast. I highly recommend Bytek for all vw owners, especially their Bodyshop team.
