Very happy with my vehicle. Glen and team in sales were very honest. Glen will work hard to find the right vehicle for you and keep you laughing in the process. After going to several other dealerships and being met with unfriendly service, this dealership was a breath of fresh air and very professional. I will be a lifetime customer.

Took it in for a service and came back claiming that $700 of additional service was required but i declined since it was services i can do myself, as well as being a broke college student and i didnt have the money for that. Didn't have a check engine light on when I dropped it off but did when I picked it up. When i got home i popped open the hood and the valve they said needed to be replaced was disconnected (i was under the hood the night before, it was attached) once i reconnected it and cleared the computer, no check engine light anymore. So it seems as if they disconnected it to run the diagnostic and forgot to reattach it before i picked it up. The front of shop staff were all very friendly, and i have no issue with anyone who i dealt with in person, they were the ONLY good thing about this business. It was whoever thought in their right mind that it was OKAY to do this? You never know who you're dealing with, im lucky i know a thing or two about cars, but im SURE this has happened to people who didnt know any better. Do your research!

Where do I begin. Incompetent, lazy, and clearly unqualified. After my family has been loyal for YEARS (Added it up and it's nearly half a million spent on cars between us and other family members off of our recommendation), we have been left with a dead vehicle and a hefty bill (from a different dealership). We brought our car in while it was still under warranty for a routine oil change and while we were there we asked them to check a sputtering noise that had just started in the engine. They told us it was normal and sent us on our way, keep in mind we have it on paper that we brought this up while still under warranty. Well we are now just out of our warranty and the fuel pump isn't functioning. We we're told by a different dealership that the sputtering was directly related to the fuel pump. When we contacted Roy Nichols with this information, they basically told us to prove that we had mentioned the problem previously. They also told us we never told them to check the fuel pump. Well news flash, if I knew it was the fuel pump, I wouldn't have asked you to check out the noise. Now the car was choosing not to start and this was intermittent. It would work for a few weeks and stop working. We had paid to tow it to the dealership shop, and of course it turned on at the dealership, so they sent us on our way in a car that they were fully aware was not a safe or reliable vehicle. My children ride in that car and you sent us out as if it were safe? We we're stranded out in Lindsay all weekend because it was once again not turning on. Loyalty obviously means nothing to these people, and integrity is also not their thing. I understand cars break down however the fact that now that we are out of warranty and they are refusing to acknowledge that we brought them this problem while still under warranty is incredibly disappointing considering we have always been loyal to them. So now we are facing a $1000+ bill for a fuel pump replacement that we should have gotten while we were still under warranty. I will say that we should have expected this kind of behaviour from a dealership who established a bad name for themselves saying negative things about the general motors employees (my husband works there and is losing his job. The job that supplies your dealership with product to make money off of). Incredibly disappointed . I would like to say that at least the customer service reps were helpful but when I asked out of curiousity if there were financing options for service, Since we are financing the vehicle, the young woman I was speaking with condescendingly told me to get a credit card. Needless to say I will not be back.
