Amazing

I had enjoyed my time at Palladino Honda. Robert Shea was informative and took his time helping me find a good car. He made sure that I was able to get a car that I can afford. He also ensured that I was comfortable with the process. The experience was beyond what I imagined for and I'm grateful for Robert, Mike, and anyone that was able to make that process as easy possible.

Service was for Recall 026 and changing winter tires. Dan was very accommodating in setting up the appointment in a very reasonable time frame which we appreciated very much.

Easy and convenient, good customer service

Honda called me to schedule my summer tire change. They were courteous on the phone and offered me shuttle service. I dropped my car off and got text updates and a phone call to notify me when it was done. Easy and convenient. I was also happy to see they had taken precautions for social distancing inside the dealership amid this Covid pandemic.
