Apparently the parts guys decided to leave before 6pm. Probably not good for business when people are looking for $400 parts

The Parts Department did not close until 6pm on May 2. It seems as though your call did not get transferred through until after 6. We are happy to help if you have not yet secured the part that you are looking for.

The dealership itself is new, bright and welcoming as were the staff at reception. I dealt with Gerry Paul as my salesman and found him friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made the whole transaction very smooth. The business manager explained the warranties and extended warranty plan. The fact that I selected a vehicle already in stock, allowed me to take advantage of the free gas card promotion in March. I particularly liked the fact that your dealership has specific personnel dedicated to instructing the customer in the new onscreen technologies. I’ve spent two sessions with Anastasia and learned how many of them work. Looking forward to my first evening seminar May 23. I love my new ATS and I’m sure I will for many years. We’ve already purchased Weathertek winter mats through the service department and begun collecting bonus points. That’s another nice little perk program at Nurse. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending your dealership to any friends.
