UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and he gave me his email. I emailed him that same day. Been over a week and still has yet to call me or email me back. WHATS CUSTOMER SERVICE ? Took my 2018 civic in for service and they charged me for 2 front brake rotors without my legal consent. I didnt want them replaced because i had just paid last year to have them replaced and only drove about 7000km since they were put on. Iv phoned and asked the for the service manager to call me back twice and still havent heard back from them. Might have to take them to small claims court just out of principal cause they think they can get away stealing 250$ from people and get away with it cause i will get frustrated and give up.
