It was an extensive process to diagnose the concern but the staff completely understood the issue and I was not inconvenienced with a take it and try it approach. The car was fixed right the first time and I was kept informed of the progress. It is the attention to customer service that makes me return to this dealership.

Always more stuff added to an appointment and failed to reschedule the follow up appointment required

A booked service appointment (not just a drop in) for scheduled service always gets an "oh you need this and this too" after you are in the door and I never got called to book for the items requiring a second visit and its been over a month! Part of the service was supposed to have been the tires rotated and that never happened and i know because the same tire with slow leak was still in the same spot AFTER service was complete.
