The staff at Race Auto Group have been wonderful! Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We were approved for financing quickly and purchased a 2012 Mazda 5 - the perfect car for a family on the run! I would definitely recommend Race Auto Group to my family and friends.

Found what I wanted online and went to see them about it. I ended up dealing with Joey who was very helpful. I was able to get what I wanted and they handled everything for me. Very convenient. Also, having noticed a clip missing, I went back and they replaced the missing clip with no questions. I appreciate their service and recommend them.

When I had gone in to test drive and sign papers, I was told there was a 2nd key, after about a week of emailing and calling with either no answer or getting the run around, I sent my husband. They told him there was no second key. Was not impressed, this would of helped in making a decision on the vehicle we chose. I went to wash the van and noticed on the passenger side the bumper was detached from the fog lights. After looking closer the whole bumper was pushed to one side and the pain was peeling down bottom underneath where someone had hit something with it. Have tried contacting about this andngettibg a car fax report and surprise surprise, got not response. I would like the 2nd key that I was told I was getting and the bumper repaired, if this is not possible then a return or exchange. They say things happen in 3's, so I'm just waiting for the third thing to be found.

It was a great experience. This was a surprise from my husband Steve, with the help from Race Auto. A wonderful group to deal with. And I would recommend them to anyone . Now that I am over my shock and disbelieve I am able to enjoy myself. A wonderful car to drive. Thank you Joey and the other gentleman from yesterday and the staff at Race Auto. :)
