I used to service at another Chevy dealership, but has really bad experiences, and seeing as I work right down the road from Murray Chev, it was just convienent that I switch, and I'm so glad I did! Every time I've gone to Murray Chev, I've had Chris Mark as an advisor and he exceeds beyond expectations. I also work for the service departments for many car dealerships and I've never had to compare. Keep up the great work!

Went in for annual service, got work done without any issues. Had to get new air filter but it was past due for replacement anyway.

Friendly and efficient oil change. Was in and out quickly. Usually oil changes are extremely off schedule at dealerships. Seriously you're going to make me write more words this is all I want to say.

I had an issue with my alarm system in my new vehicle. I was told to immediately come to the shop to have someone look at it. When I arrived I was told "whoever told you to come down wasn't thinkong: we won't be able to see the vehicle until some time tomorrow." Why was I told to rush down if they couldn't help me?

It was a diagnostic visit. The problem was identified and a solution presented to me. The parts were ordered, but I have not been able to schedule a return visit for installation because of a broken bone in my foot.

I came in to test drive a vehicle that was just put on the web site. My salesman was great. I had to get back to work and Joe in finance was off the next day so I couldn't come in until the day after. I advised that I was on a budget but that was respected when adding things to the sale and then asking for financing. I feel I should have been involved in the discussion before he sent it away and there should always be someone there to work on a sale.

I had my tires changed and a "tune-up", it is always a pleasant experience, I drive away feeling safe and comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands at Murray's.
