Great experience

I went in to get a new car after my car was a write off from an accident. Kas made sure I got the car I wanted in a timely fashion with excellent service! Overall it was a great experience and I felt like I got what I wanted in a car.

I was very pleased with the service I was given. Kas and the manager listened to what I was looking for and how much I would feel comfortable paying and treated me wonderfully. Kas was very helpful, answered all my questions, explained everything the car had to, what the warranty was and made me feel like a valued customer and that they weren't just trying to sell me a car! This was my first time buying a car on my own and I could not have a more pleasant experience. I was walked through all the steps of the financing and warranties and the procedures to follow in each case and I left there feeling that everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand.

I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from Pan, and not only it is my first car, but it is also my first time to buy a big ticket item on my own. I was overwhelmed by all the different brands, models, and features, and had absolutely no idea what should I get. So Pan helped me to narrow down my options to 2-3 vehicles based on my requirements and expectancies. He has been really helpful and patient during the shopping process. And I really appreciate his efforts to make it happen. The technicians in the wash bay have done a tremendous job on cleaning the vehicle, and it doesn't look like a used car at all. I really enjoy the shopping process and definitely recommend his service.
