I had my car at this location twice in December 2016 as suggested by GM after a horrible experience at another Chev location. The service/overall experience was great during these visits but I was sadden by a minor noise coming from under the hood once I left. Although I had tried calling and leaving voicemails expressing my concerns, unfortunately I had not received any contact in return. A couple weeks ago I received a call indicating they were holding free under car inspections/brake inspections to their customers. Frustrated by this call after not hearing back, I explained what had happened in December to make them aware but did not expect anything in return or anticipate returning as this was the second location I (thought) was disappointed by. To my surprise, this complaint had been communicated to the service manager Mike and I was phoned that afternoon to explore this complaint further. As result of this conversation, I was offered to come back and for them to look at my vehicle free of charge. Needless to say, when I made the appointment I had arrived with the expectation it would be another disappointment. I was accompanied instantly by a gentleman named Wally for a road test to show him the noise, they took the car in and fixed it quickly (minor repair by installing insulation under the hood) and than accompanied again by the same man for another road test to assure I was satisfied before leaving. Biggest thank you to Wally, who took the time to educate me about my car (even though he didn't have to) and answer all of my silly questions to help set my mind at ease. He was easy to talk to and really made my overall experience much better by making himself available to me as I've found in the past customers do not typically get much time with the people actually working on their cars. Billy at service is honest and very personable, creating an inviting environment. I would like to thank Mike, the service manager, for actually getting back to me and taking this minor complaint seriously. As a student and someone who does not know much about cars, I felt so much better leaving Steele Chev that day. This is the first time I've bought a newer car and have had nothing but frustrating experiences with dealerships since buying it. They fixed my problem, in a timely manner and made me feel as though I am a valuable customer to their location (despite the fact most of my work has been covered under warranty). I can not express how good it feels to have had a great experience. I highly recommend this location for your service needs and I definitely will be back. Thank you, thank you, thank you Steele Chev. You have restored my faith in dealerships and your effort to break service stereotypes of similar shop locations does not go unnoticed!

Great Service in Sales! My husband & I were looking for particular towing capabilities & certain other features in an F150. We found these guys had a truck on the lot that potentially suited our needs-but it was the weekend (a Saturday evening) after hours. My husband fired off an e-mail asking some questions about the truck & it was answered by Jarrett Fowler-super salesman extrordinaire as far as I'm concerned- that evening AFTER HOURS. Then, he even followed this up with an e-mailed video of the the truck inside & out with more details regarding our questions. He was worked hard to get us the deal & financing we needed for our budget & we ended up buying the truck. Gareth, over in finance also helped make this a fast, easy, pain-free pro Birgit Conrad Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more cess. As a surprise, we even ended up with free winter tires & a few other courtesy service coupons! Would absolutely recommend them.
