I just bought my brand new RAV4 SE from North Bay Toyota. From start to finish the service was more than excellent. I had great help from the best sales guy there - Leo Vaserbakh. The general manager Paul Meyers and Dawn Moffat in finance were very friendly and a great help. Also, a very special thank you to Tim Falconi, dealer principal. The free car washes are amazing!!!!!!

Was rude to my parents, when asked how their product When my parents asked for a price on a car they would not even tell them the price without purchasing it first. Actually said "if there is no money on the table there is nothing to talk about." Unprofessional and arrogant. Bought a brand new Jetta instead of dealing with these bullies. Will spread the word do people do not go to this Toyota dealer.

I have had nothing but amazing service since day one. Rob is an amazing sales man! He was honest, genuine and not pushy at all! He helped me the find the perfect ride for me. I then dealt with a lady when a came to the purchase and warranty details. She went over and above to explain everything and help me to create the perfect warranty for me. I had the car in for service today! Jason explained everything very clearly and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted! The service was fast, the customer service was excellent and honest! I am such a happy customer and have never felt this way before while dealing with any dealership! Thank you so much for everything! Keep up the great work! You have a life long client right here

What a great experience! I took my business from Timmins to North Bay because of the excellent service and the commitment to customer satisfaction. Brent, my sales rep, was amazing. He took photos of my car and emailed them to me, he answered all of my questions, and he made me feel at ease during the whole process. He went over and above to make sure I had a smile on my face! The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They made me feel as if I was part of their family. I will definitely be giving my business to North Bay from now on! Job very well done!
