If you need a vehicle and hate the usual dealer experience of song and dance, go see Milad! Milad is excellent to deal with and is very personable and trustworthy. It made the buying experience great. Would go back in a few years for my next car.

Terrible service. Bought a 2016 Dodge Journey from Go Dodge in Surrey, was told I could use my extended warranty at any Chrysler dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I called white rock Haley Dodge to speak to a service representative about why my vehicle wasn't starting and to enquire about my warranty, the man I spoke with in the service department was condescending and rude. Wouldn't help me at all and told me my warranty would not be valid at Dodge in White Rock and I'd have to go back to Go Dodge Surrey. He didn't bothering looking up my VIN or warranty. He became argumentative with me when I suggested what I thought might be wrong with the vehicle (maybe its because I'm a women my opinion doesn't matter?). Anyways I ended up calling Go Dodge in Surrey where I purchased it and they validated that i do have a Chrysler extended warranty and were more than helpful. I guess Dodge White Rocks loss. Wanted to just put an review out there so others can beware.

Nick Thomason was my sales consultant at White Rock Dodge. We came in and weren't expecting to walk away with an SUV! Nick was a pleasure to work with, he was respectful and listened to our wants and needs in a vehicle. He was quick, efficient and professional. He is very honest and truthful when it came to all our questions and concerns. He worked very hard to get us the best possible deal he could and made something out of our range possible. The second we walked into the dealership, we felt very welcomed and everyone was so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Nick and White Rock Dodge if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
