I am a return customer, and will buy from AllRoads again. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They actually listen to you, and make sure you get the vehicle You want. I couldn’t be happier with my new Gladiator purchase. They were there every step of the process making sure it went as smoothly as possible. They thought of everything to make my buying experience awesome.

Went in for an airbag recall on my 300 and ended up paying for an inspection I didn’t need and no fix for my airbag, they told me they didn’t have the part and they would email me when it was in. I never got that email and to this day my car still has the faulty airbag. This was like 3 years ago. Thanks for nothing No no no I got a sheet in the mail from Chrysler telling me to go to the closest Chrysler dealership to have the airbag recall fixed, it should have been a free service. Why would I go to your dealership to pay for a recall? I never asked for anything other than the recall to be fixed. Did you guys ever end up getting the part?

Cody, so for your negative experience, our records show that you wanted us to let you know what was wrong with the airbag, (the airbag light had nothing to do with the Takata airbag recall). Also so sorry parts were not available at the time for your passenger airbag recall, you should have got a letter from Chrysler when the parts were available, apologies on behalf of us and FCA if you did not get the notice that parts were available.

Great Experience Again

Second HD Ram purchased at All Roads. Were very patient and responded to all emails and questions in regards to the different models and options and availability. Never felt pressured to purchase. Knowledgeable about the product and worry about customer being satisfied. Hard to find in this day and age!!
