I purchased a brand new 2021 snowmobile from Devin at WestShore Marine. Part of the sale included a upgraded two up seat. The seat was eventually delivered to me however it was the wrong seat for the make and model of my snowmobile. I made arrangements with Westshore to exchange the seat for the correct model however they did not deliver the new seat as agreed. I have attempted to contact Devin and the management at WestShore countless times and no one will return a call. I still have not received the correct seat that I paid for. Post customer service is horrible. The response below is completely incorrect. Not only did I speak with Devin about the issue I also spoke with Logan from the parts department. I was never once offered a refund. The seat I was provided is not recommended by Polaris for my snowmobile. It is very unfortunate that I had to resort to using a public forum to get a response.

Just a quick note of appreciation. Devin was very professional and timely in his responses. When I went to pick up my new boat he took the time to assist me and ensure I got away safely We have a couple small service items and I have 100% confidence it will be addressed. Was looking to grab the 60hp 4 stroke, talked to a guy till 1:30am, said they would get back to me right away next day, nothing, phoned in couldn't get sales, said they would call me, nothing. Avoid this ****show at all costs, I can only imagine if you needed warranty work done LOL. Funny thing if it wasn't in stock was thinking of buying new, but it sounded as if I was a lock. Nope lost a nice sale and will never call there again. **update** Before I could pick it up? Really? How about picking up a phone? I would have been there like right now, save your pathetic excuses for someone else, I wasted a whole day waiting for you ****s

Where do I start... I chose this company originally since they seemed to be the only dealer in Manitoba with stock and they actually have a decent website which most other’s don’t. I inquired about a Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP Trail through their online form. I received a call the next day from Devin. We chatted about my options and how long it would take for my unit to come in. On the day of pickup both Devin, Brodie, and Ashley were there to help finalize the purchase, do a once over on the unit, and answer all of my questions. The staff here are fantastic. Super friendly and understanding. They made the purchase process easy and convenient, even with me being from Brandon! Thanks again everyone! What a great team you have. I can’t wait for warmer weather to get the quad dirty! Thanks again Westshore! Edit: A big thanks to Neil who assisted with the paperwork over the phone!
