First off, let me say, sales was great. They sold me a truck. They were very willing to assist my wife get to and from the bank etc, who was purchasing on my behalf as I am out of country for an extended period of time. I will say that you do need to be careful when reading the specs on posted adds. If there is something specific you like and want on a specific vehicle be sure to physically double check and ensure as the add/spec sheets are based on new models and provided by a third party. I will take this opportunity to suggest that there be a means of quality control be embedded into Steele Auto Group to ensure mix ups dont happen like they did with me, and unfortunately cause unnecessary tension and frustration for both parties. Due to those misunderstandings and opinions shared, we did take our vehicle to a third party mechanic. Unfortunately it failed to meet his standard. One that I trust completely. Steele Chev did concur that there was a difference of opinion however was openly willing to perform the repairs at their cost. Vehicle was picked up by the dealership and is currently having the noted repairs completed. I truthfully was originally very upset with Steele Chev but have since feel I have found common ground and understanding with them. They are working to make this situation better, and for that I appreciate there time and effort. My wife and I have been dealing with the pre owned manager and am impressed with his level or professionalism shown towards us. I’m glad that my original opinion has changed. David Barkhouse

I love to go to Steele Chev with my vehicle. The staff are wonderful, they really look out for their customers. Their service is top notch.

My son went in and purchased a used car, and it wasn't even cleaned like they said it would be. He tried to call the finance manager, and she never bothered to call him back. Also, the gentleman who sold him the car said it was good to go, but he had to replace the brakes. Do not recommend this dealership.
