Après une promesse non tenu d’avoir mon véhicule le jeudi, je suis arrivé pour chercher mon véhicule le jour d’après et j’avais demandé seulement 3 chose et 2 de mes demande non pas été tenue comme avoir mes pneus d’hiver installer sur le véhicule et aucune PUBLICITÉ sur le véhicule. Mes pneus d’hiver était pas compris avec la voiture alors j’ai payé le plein prix avec installions mais il ne l’on pas fait j’ai dû revenir la semaine d’après pour me faire installer mes pneus et me faire enlever tout publicité sur la voiture. Quand je suis allé récupérer mon véhicule le service était pas au rendez-vous, je vois qui on installer les pneus en vitesse sans laver les roues, et la porte était sale comme si le mécanicien avait laissé sa botte trainer sur la porte pour l’ouvrir. J’avais demandé un petit service d’enlever la colle du transit dans le vitre arrière, avec tous les problèmes qui mon causer et que j’ai dû aller porter la voiture à 7h30 du matin pour qui puise finir leur job ils n’ont pas été capable de me rendre un petit service qui leur aurait pris 1minute. Conclusion Hamel Honda ont un très beau garage pour la vente et le service entretient 10 sur 10 mais un des pires services client et vente que j’ai fait l’expérience. Alors Si vous voulez acheter un véhicule de type Honda je vous conseille de faire quelque recherche et vous allez en trouvez plusieurs dans la région.
