I have always had great service in both sales and in servicing my vehicles at Williamson. During my most recent seasonal change-over of tires and regular maintenance, it was discovered that I needed brake work done. My car was a bit temperamental, rejecting a few sets of calipers and finally needing the master cylinder replaced. The service team went above and beyond in getting me great pricing, and exceptional service when needing to keep my car longer than anticipated. Matt was so helpful and really did ensure that I was taken care of as a customer. I would highly recommend Williamson!

We bought 2 vehicles days apart a warlock and durango rt spoke more with Joshlene in financing then any sale persons she has been fantastic! The few times we did speak with Tyler & or Sherry they were pleasant but felt rushed and like they had better things to do. Before signing both myself and spouse came to agreement with Tyler the broken tunnel cover on our soon to be new vehicle needed to be replaced and I was iffy about the tires that were put on it, the tires we signed and bought are not the tires we picked it up with (those ones were better according to Tyler a gift to us, which would soon be a nightmare) we were assured the issues would be addressed and dealt with promptly. It has now been three months. Trying to h Get a call back is impossible, they just dont care and want to wait until your warranty is up so its off their plate. Was told today by the service department that yes the tires need to be replaced (which we already assumed) and it was out of our pocket they will not replace our 3 month old trucks disintegrating tires. Also there solution for the hard top tunnel cover is that I had to take a soft cover until someone traded in a truck with a used cover that would fit our truck. It could take a year or more . It's taken weeks / months to get any answer or issues addressed. Usually told they will call back but they never do. My wife had to go in to even get the tunnel cover finally addressed and they offered a soft top until the hard top ever comes in. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle never mind two vehicles. I will never buy another dodge product again with Williams Chrysler and certainly will never deal with williamson chrysler uxbridge! Overall horrible experience since we bought. They are so kind and reassuring until you sign and they couldn't care less!

I had a great experience with no push for sale attitude. Doug got me my dream truck and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me get my truck. Very friendly and welcoming team. Never experienced this anywhere else. Easy to talk too and definitley recommending them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again for all your help.
