I bought a vehicle back in August from my salesman Nick Saucier. Nick is an upstanding guy with a vast knowledge of all Toyota products. I’d recommend him to anyone I know and anyone reading this. I’ve had nothing but good service, including when I purchased my winter tires and had them installed.

Waited for over 2 hours for a tire change. My family has stored our tires and bought our cars from North Bay Toyota for my entire life. The woman sitting at the Hertz desk thought it was appropriate to talk about the vaccine and mask wearing - while remaining unmasked. Takes a huge lack of self awareness and compassion for others to talk like that at work.

I am beyond thrilled with North Bay Toyota!!!! I brought my car in for an oil change but they found there was another issue and had to leave my vehicle that I desperately needed the next day. Dale in service stayed late and came in early to work on my car and I had it back by 0830 hrs the next day! The service department is amazing, the shuttle driver was fantastic and if I lived in North Bay I would be a loyal customer forever because you just don't get service like this at other places! Thank you again so much!!!!

Waited for service completion, SV1, oil and filter. With 8500:kms, no issues found. Only other item I reported was a rubber bumper stop for the tailgate was missing. Apparently Toyota Canada would not cover the replacement but NB Toyota will. Toyota Canada needs the damaged part as part of warranty claim. I do think it would cost them more $$ to process the $5 part. Toyota Canada should put a threshold on this part of the warranty process.
