Local to me. Service is consistently great but what I miss from my original Toyota dealership (Wayne Toyota) are the little things... (greasing my U joints and suspension free of charge) keeping me aware of the little things...

Jared took good care of me in the run up to setting up my appointment. It remains to be seen if the intermittent problem with the media system will be resolved. Presumably the pending install of a new radio that I'm told will happen will solve the problem. Upon arrival at the dealership I had to sit in my car for about 20 minutes waiting for my lane inside to clear and the bay door to open. During that time I didn't see much activity from your workers. I'm not sure if that is normal, business as usual and to be expected or if I'm just impatient.
