It took over 2 hours for Roy Nichols to.to complete and oil change on my truck. I had an 8am appointment and I advised them I wasn't to wait, but would be back. Apparently if you don't stay and wait for your vehicle, they put those people who are waiting ahead of those that don't. (They do not tell you this) when I returned I asked how much longer and I was told they hadn't even started the service on my vehicle. What's the point of an appointment if they don't abide by that appointment. If I hadn't been there and asked, it might have taken the entire day to complete a 30 min oil change. Not pleased with the communication, and poor customer service.

Rarely does a dealership get to truly show above and beyond dedication to customer service but that scenario definitely reared its ugly head in my case. Gary, Jim and the rest of the sales team fought my case with the manufacturer and made the best of a not very good situation. I’ve now purchased four Corvettes from them and they’re the only place I’d shop for any others. Thanks for everything you do on a daily basis and the help that you delivered in my case. Five stars hardly seems fair but it’s all I’m allowed to give.

Had the opportunity of using their collision centre through insurance. Their service was excellent from the time my vehicle was taken in to arranging a rental and got my vehicle back before the original date. Also ty to Lorrie.

We went into test drive 2025 Trax on Monday and were new owners of the 2025 Trax on Saturday. Guy Kieswetter was our sales person. He never put pressure on us and was extremely informative. He found us a black one that we wanted and Guy spent time with us on Saturday to explain all the options on the car. Thank you Guy for everything. We love our new car and definitely recommend using Guy as your sales person when you're ready to get a vehicle from Roy Nichols Motors Ltd. In Courtice, Ontario.

Got safety done for my vehicle real fast. Didn't have an appointment booked but the shop is pretty big so they got me in right away as I went early. Plus I live nearby which was a bonus. Other shops wanted appointments and one of them was weeks away in bookings I guess due to having smaller shops with few garages. I take care of my vehicle so I don't usually go to mechanics but these guys are really honest. I'm quite impressed and appreciate their great service. If I ever need anything done for vehicle that I can't do, I'm going here no questions asked!

Fast efficient service and knowledgeable staff on site! Their labor rate is by far the best in the GTA in terms of Chevrolet dealers. 110% recommended!
