First time dealing with this dealership and it was not 100% great. My initial contact to book a seevice appointment was outstanding. Dealing with the service advisor Evan was great. The issues I had to give it a 4 star are as follows. I dropped my truck off the night before my scheduled appointment, and received a SMS msg indicating I need to check in for my appointment, but I couldn't do so until the day of my appointment, which is fine. The next morning I was unsure if I should be checking in as I had dropped it off the previous evening. I attempted to call the service number ending in 4044 repeatedly and it went to voicemail every time after it rang roughly 15 times. I finally left a voicemail asking what should do. I did not hear back until Even reached out indicating the truck is in the shop. No indication that my voicemail made it through to them. Truck was ready later that day and I picked it up that evening. I got halfway home when I realized my wheel nut lock key was missing. It was after hours at this time so I called the 4044 number again asking for a call back the next day. I didnt hear anything the next day so I ended up calling the 4044 number again in the late afternoon. Again, nobody picked up after repeated attempts. I finally selected the option to book an appointment just to get a voice on the other line. I explained the issue and the nice lady attempted to reach out to service to see if someone could come on the line. Nobody was available so she left a message with seevice to have them call me back. It was the next morning when I finally heard back from Evan. The tech did indeed mistakenly kept the lock nut key. My issue is not with the mistake of the tech, as I too have left the key on the nut and drove off, later finding it. Mistakes happen. My issue is not with the servicing of my truck, or Evan. My issue is the 4044 number/vmails not being dealt with. I am presuming they have a glitch in the phone system where the ringing doesn't actually ring anyone's phone, and ends up in voicemail and subsequently the voicemail is not checked/dealt with. However if phones do ring and vmails are retrieved, then this needs to be reviewed by management on how to make it better for the customer. That is why they lost a star. I will use this dealer again for service but if my issues above don't improve on the next attempt, I wont be using them again. Hope this helps others.

Best service department around. Customer service is friendly and excellent to deal with. Richie is incredibly diligent, outgoing, and an asset to the Nurse service department. Richie treats you like family and is the definition of customer service.

I booked an appointment to get a quote for removing scratches off my car. I ended up getting what I needed done the same day without booking an additional appointment. BIG shout out to Sujan S. for being so respectful and amazing at his job. Outstanding customer service, and I am so happy with the results of my car. Thank you thank you thank you!! I

Just bought a used truck from Nurse. 10/10 recommend. The customer service was excellent. They found me exactly what I was looking for in faster time than the Ford dealership even responded to my inquiry. I had a small issue with the truck that they rectified immediately. Greg the manager was fantastic to deal with. And the receptionist even remembered my name. Very positive experience and I would absolutely buy from them again.

Excellent and very fair service. Our sales consultant was Ryan Conway. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He helped us to reconnect to the GM retiree services, gave us great price for our trade-in car. It pains me to say that not every GM dealership can boast of such employees.
