Excellent customer service. Very professional and courteous. Had an oil change, seasonal tire change over and detailed. The detailing missed a couple of areas, but nothing major.

Enjoyed dealing with this dealership. Upfront, honest in their opinions. When someone couldn’t answer a question they went “up the ladder” until they had the answer for me. Looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle GM vehicle there.

I like this place: You make an appointment online, show up for your time slot, pull directly into a service bay, then grab a coffee and a snack while you watch the first day of the Masters as they work on your truck (or car). In my case, I needed a hard-to get replacement part to be installed. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock but, fortunately, that didn't stop them: The service team went across town to get one that another dealership had on hand. To me, that's, literally, going the extra miles!

Easy check-in (pull up, drive in) greeted with kind team members that gain what they need and on your way. Offer shuttle service - driver was so nice and kicked off my morning in a positive way. Team is transparent of expected timeline and exceeded it. Call to tell me it’s ready included an offer to be picked back up at a time that is convenient for me. Overall - excellent experience.
