I bought a new Honda HR-V last year and left the shop full of fear. I felt threatened by the dealer. The dealer billed me for many car accessories neither I ordered nor needed, those were over $1000. He did not mention any extra bill at all. I realized it by myself on the day I had to pick up the car. It was completely his planned fraud He said proudly to me.” If you do not want to buy those accessories, do not buy the car. I have 25 years car selling experience and have many customers. I can sell the car to others immediately “. It was too late not to buy the car because I had already sold my old car and borrowed money from bank. All the accessories are still in my storage. How about he sells those on Kijiji for me? And the sale manager said he would contact me regarding my case, and never got follow up.

Dear CEO of Winnipeg Honda Has it come to your attention that one of your dealers is charging hidden fees to customers? This dealer has been representing your company for over 25 years, yet failed to mention over $1000 in hidden fees at any point, including the day of pickup. These charges came as a complete surprise when I was presented with the final bill. Is this practice part of your employee training? I expect a clear explanation of who is responsible for these undisclosed charges. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the hidden fees that were added without my knowledge or consent.

We purchased a certified pre-owned CRV from Winnipeg Honda. Our salesman Kushal Joshi made the experience very easy. I usually dread going into dealerships for the fear of being hounded and pressured into a sale. Kush did a great job of reading his customer, and letting me make my own decisions. He did an excellent job in providing guidance throughout the process, without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory. I would recommend Kush to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda! We love our new CRV! I went to another Honda dealership first, where I was told which vehicle they wanted me to purchase. Then I was passed on to another salesman because mine had to leave early. The second salesman attempted to expain to me how 2wd means 2 wheels spin and AWD means 4 wheels spin. I drive a GMC truck. Learn to read your customer. I am well aware the difference between 2wd and AWD. Go see Kushal at Winnipeg Honda for a hassle free experience! Very impressed with how he handled the sale!

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and reliable sales person when purchasing your vehicle you should look for Kushal Joshi. We just purchased our new vehicle at Winnipet Honda, and Kush made this experience so much easier and made every effort to not only meet our needs and answer questions , but went above and beyond to help us out.
