Is it worth it?

$ 217.00 for basically would have cost around $ 70.00 at any reputable oil change / service such as Great Canadian Oil change. Cap that with all the issues of the detailing the year before and I am thinking maybe a different course of action in the future.

I traded in my 2010 Traverse and got a 2017 Silverado. Everyone from the sales lady to the finance lady to the mechanic who put on the license plate bracket was friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the service...My questions were answered without hesitation never felt pressured from anyone. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I enjoyed the experience and love my new vehicle. It was my first time I have dealt with this dealership and far out shined the others.

Service good, Robert good, polite. Problem was spending extra money in town for dinner waiting for truck that had a minor service, tire flip (on rims), summer tune up.Told I would have the truck at 3;30, on a Friday waited until 5;30 to get the truck. It is clear I was bumped in the service line for other trucks Not pleased.

View ProfileThey rotated tires when asked not to, we had just put out money for an alignment that is now hooped because your techs can't read.

It was right on the paperwork not to rotate the tires but they did it anyway now we have to pay $150 to have the alignment done again.
